Holi Milan

The Holi Milan 2022 was conducted successfully on 28th march 2022 at Factory Phnom Penh. It was a festive crowd of 100+ people who provided much-needed energy to the Indian Community in Cambodia after a long time. The evening was spent well reuniting with old friends, making new ones and welcoming many new members who have arrived in the kingdom.

Holi celebrates the arrival of spring, the end of winter, and the blossoming of love and for many, it is a festive day to meet others.

Holi Milan is an occasion where family, friends and well-wishers meet each other, laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. The event is organised in the evenings (after the wet coloured-based Holi).

The event did not have colours to play Holi (wet holi) and we requested members and guests to kindly refrain from bringing colours along due to the prevailing C-19 safeguard norms.

In the spirit of the Milan festivities, IAC organised colours for simple Tikka/ Tilak.

The games, the dances, and the music with active participation from children and grownups representing North, South, East, West and North East of India all created an eclectic mix of fun and frolic.🤝
